Maintenance Tracking – With the support of CAMP / CESCOM or Gulfstream CMP software, we are able to track the maintenance requirements of your aircraft, always ensuring that your aircraft is compliant and ready to fly.

Maintenance scheduling/ planning – coordinating with maintenance sub-contractors, pilots, charter coordinators and you the owner for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements.

Records management – building work packages for scheduled maintenance, verification and required recording of Log Book Statements and completed work packages and archiving of all data specific to your Aircraft.

Aircraft operation documentation – periodic review of your system of maintenance, minimum equipment list, reliability program and maintenance control manual to ensure compliance with regulatory and manufacturers requirements.

All hard copy records coming into the RAS office are scanned and filed in two areas, firstly onto the office hard drive back up. Secondly, all electronic documentation is uploaded to our secure cloud-based server. All RAS computer systems are backed up to a remote off-site location third party secure server every 24 hours. This service is monitored for completeness and accuracy of back up daily.
